I work at Acquia, Inc. as a Senior Director of Customer Success, currently as the Director of Global Drupal Cloud Support. I lead the Support Team, helping our customers and others trying to learn Drupal and Acquia's Hosting platforms.
I used to work at Education Development Center, Inc. in Newton and Waltham, MA. In my job at EDC, I administered and designed websites and databases. I taught and consulted to the projects in the company on what technology would be best suited for their needs.
I am shifting away from doing freelancing and have decided to spend my time in the Drupal community.
